Let the people vote!!!!!!!!
It's time for the people to have a say in this matter. We are not uneducated and can make decisions cant we. Kathy and her flunkies should not be able to spend our monies without us having a say. If we dont have a say we might as well just start handling all our monies for them to decide how to spend it. We voted you in to have a voice for the people not to dictate!!

There she is again with that old familiar look.
Lost...Confused...Bewildered.
Not much longer now Premier Dunderdale and we will put you out to pasture.

Mike :

I've been a on-going supporter of the Muskrat Falls project, but I simply can't do so anymore.

Hyrdo is the most expensive form of generating electricity there is, and will it certainly is renewable, there are better options out there.

This will be horrible for Nlers in the years to come.

The people who are pushing this deal don't give a damn obout the burdens it will put on the masses. They & their children will be rewarded with cushy jobs by the rich who'll get richer, and the whole money-grubbing lot will fill their bank accounts and hightail it off the Rock, while we are left fighting over scraps and loans that will tie us all down for a century, if not more.

God forbid someone try to do something for this province for the years to come. Most of the people on here do not see any further than their noses.

We had family members who fought for Domocrary, we have family members overseas now, fighting for Domocrary. This government is taking that right away form us. Why are we letting this happen.

This is a fiasco. It is a done deal and our grandchildren and their grandchildren will pay the price. Bankrupcy of the province is in the making. All the proponents of this deal stand to make millions while the Senior Citizens and those on Fixed Income will be crucified.

Karl H :

This premier had a chance to be totally open and transparent on this whole Muskrat Falls project and she dropped the ball . More people think that if the government had allowed for all the information to flow freely then maybe she wouldn`t be in such dire straits poll wise . This premier is a political amateur and totally out her league on such an issue as MF. And now N.S. looks like they will be doing things with natural gas imported from the US along with Sable gas .Which seems to be a good deal for them . It would be cheaper to get our power from N.S. rather than Muskrat Falls . |Then we could take our time to develop MF ......if we need to !!

Annette :

The Federal loan guarantee is what this deal is all about. Once again we are being duped.
The loan guarntee and the Muskrat Falls project are one in the same not two different, unrelated things. I predict that there will be no details, just a money amount which will be given as subject to change.

Norman(Labrador) :

Can't help it, this gov & the ones before them have made myself & many others in Labrador huge cynics.

I predict that we will never see DG3 #'s on Muskrat Falls until the NL Gov has Loan Guarantee details in hand. Loan Guarantee details will give DG3 Positive Spin! Details of LG will be released after the DG3 #'s to give the illusion that one doesn't effect the other.

Anyone else read this "but says the the deal will be signed before the special house debate closes" as:

Muskrat deal will be signed before the special debate?

Keith :

Why is it that this government insists on going ahead with this project when there are so many questions to be answered. How is it that Hydro Quebec has been losing money on Hydro Power since 2008 and will do so for the next number of years, but this government insists that this project is feasible. I have a feeling we are going to build this farce to supply the new mining companies and power for the development that Mr Williams is planning. Again show me where Hydro Quebec is wrong in forecasting their numbers on electricity going down for the foreseeable future.

I dont trust the look in her eyes. Something is amuck with this deal. Not saying we should not develop but we need more details.

This gutless preimere, you were elected to look out for the best interest of the people of this province, but, instead your're going to put us all in debth. You should step down if you haven't got the guts to say no to your predecessor. Who does Danny Williams think he is, saying that this project will go ahead.
