Who else accessed the files? It was stated that the breaches were by two people, one being a nurse. Who was the other? It appears that Eastern Health has no trouble identifying the position of the nurse who has breached confidentiality but has yet identified the postions of their other employees. Doesn't Eastern Health now have full disclosure as a result of the Cameron Inquiry? If they are going to publicly identify positions of the employess who breached confidentiality, identify them all not just one.
