Igor was bad , I remember roads washing away , running out of food and having no power, prepare for Leslie , and stay safe.

can we rely on the weather people to accurately predict our weather? in my opinion they havent been that good at it over the years...so we will see I guess?
batten down the hatches as the old folks used to say, they could predict the weather more accurately!!

Hopefully the powers that be shut everything down on Wednesday so that Emergency crews can do their work safely and unimpeded!

Prepared Somewhat ??? :

Igor frightened us , now its time to prepare for another storm another hurricane ; Everyone batten down the hatches and stock up on candles , food and flashlights...

I am somewhat prepared for this ; I got candles , Flashlights and food and a emergency plan laid out.

When Igor hit I was one of the people with out power for 7 days and even tho I never had any damage in my house or outside my house I was not as prepared but this time I have to be.

Holy Rain and Wind Batman, Fire up the Batmobile, we may need her! I hope everyone is getting prepared and taking the warning as serious. People may say the media creates too much of an alarm with stories of this kind but better to play and safe and air on the side of caution! Thanks Media for keeping us informed!!
