People are Crazy! :

I'm guessing all the comments that reflect the driver in a negative light are being made by perfect individuals. You wouldn't really judge the driver on what you hear unless you yourself are perfect and make no error in your driving skills. Where are these perfect drivers that don't merge without looking, speed through yellow lights, or make a left turn into the farthest lane with no regard for anyone else. Please I urge you to come forward and enlighten the rest of us since you seem to be without fault. Accidents happen, how may speeding tickets have you gotten in your life? GROW UP!

Count Dom Restorio :

I bet when the police check he had no license,no insurance and over 30,000.00 in outstanding fines lol.
This is an accident I bet nobody ever heard of before and never will again.
Qualifies for program of Canada's Worst Driver hands down.

Gord :

If cab is tilted or latched does not affect the safe operation of the throttle and brake control but the operator must be wearing the seat belt to take emergency action with or without forward visability.

Resident of Picco Drive :

I am a resident of Picco Drive. It was a miracle that no one was killed. Since the new homes have been going up like weeds in the garden, the amount of Dump Trucks that race up and down this 30 km road is ridiculous - sometimes fully loaded with dirt other times empty. One of these days something horrific is going to happen considering all the children who live in the area and are enjoying the new park that was set up. You drivers of these huge machines, as well as anyone else who sits behind the wheel of anything need to SLOW DOWN!!!

...like to hear Ralph's explanation of this one. Speed a factor? Oh yeah not a Town of Paradise vehicle!
