drove into town mon. night from toaches linr. rncountered from very wet to dry pavement maintained speed 90-100 kmh.no matter what the road conditions were cars,pick ups towing trailers passed me doing speeds of 120 kmh and more. no sign of a police car whole way in. the time was between 2030 and 2200.
