Brian was appointed News Director in April, 2011. He has been with VOCM News for most of the past 28 years in either full-time or part-time roles, and is currently the station’s main voice for sports. As a former Editor of the weekly newspaper The Shoreline, Brian has a wealth of experience not only in the electronic media but also in print media. He resides in St.John's with his wife Mary Furey, their baby daughter Jude Gerarda Madore, and doggies Ringo and Tibby.
