Helicopter Crash off Kenmount Road

A small helicopter crashed in the woods off Kenmount road, not far from Wyatt Boulevard, at about 2:45pm on January 11th. The two passengers onboard survived the crash. VOCM News was there.

Police Recover ATM Machine after Break and Enter

The suspect drove a backhoe through a gas station just outside of St. John's at about 3:30am on December 3rd. On the 5th, police recovered the ATM stolen during the robbery. VOCM was there.

Vandals Target City Wide Buses

It happened early in the morning on November 23rd. Vandals damaged some 18 buses in the lot at City Wide off Airport Road. The damage is estimated to be about half a million dollars.
Fire Destorys Two Homes in the Downtown

Two row homes were destroyed on November 12th on Field Street in St. John's. Fire crews fought the blaze for some 2 hours before it was under control. Nobody was hurt.
New Home for RNC Mounted Unit
